Edge’s journey began in the heart of the service industry. Our team worked tirelessly in restaurants, car washes, and retail stores to provide a high standard of service to America’s customers.
Yet, despite putting countless hours into our work, we always felt undervalued and underpaid.
What truly struck us was the realization that, as frontline employees, our service was the glue holding our businesses together. We understood that our actions could draw customers back time and time again, or drive them away for good.
Time ticked on. Our founders moved away from the service industry to pursue their studies, learn new skills, and discover new opportunities.
But, all the while, we never lost sight of our roots. Fond memories of customer service roles and tight-knit friendships built on shared experiences led us to where we were at that moment. We knew we had to give something back.
We founded Edge with a single-minded ambition: to help service industry employees earn more money, get recognition for their hard work, and progress their careers in a positive, supportive environment.
Since then, we’ve helped thousands of businesses improve sales, retain more employees, and create positive workplace cultures.
